● Motion to meet in executive session pursuant to M.G.L. chapter 30A, sec. 21(a) for the following purpose: Purpose (2) to conduct
collective bargaining session with AFSCME Council 93, specifically to deliberate regarding a response to a Level Three grievance
filed by AFSCME Council 93 because an open discussion may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining position of the
Committee.
● Discuss strategy in preparation for contract negotiations regarding nonunion personnel.
